It's a shame the service was so poor... We had to wait 10 minutes before being served (the staff were chatting amongst themselves), barely a smile, and as for politeness, not a hello, not a thank you, and we were treated with disdain! It's a shame because the pastries are very good, but it spoils the experience and leaves a bitter taste!

Excellent pastry chef and chocolatier with a wide selection of high-quality products. Highly recommended. Located in downtown Annecy. Alongside other shops specializing in style, clothing, home decor, and more. Many restaurants nearby, from fast food and pizza to fine dining with meat and cheese dishes. Plus, plenty of snack bars, ice cream parlors, and crêperies. Paid parking available nearby.

I loved it so much I went back the next day to take one for the car ride home. The flan and the Vanille tart were delicious! You can pay by card if I am not mistaken from 8 euro. Staff is very nice. Prices are reasonable!

Excellent pastries, flan, and mille-feuille. Helpful and warm welcome. I wouldn't recommend the macarons, though; they're bland.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Magnificent cake purchased from Pâtisserie Philippe Rigollot. Visually beautiful and delicious! The quality is exceptional and everyone loved it. I highly recommend this pastry shop in Annecy.

10/05/2026: A wonderful discovery. We tried the suggested dishes, the knives were marvelous. The Berthoud was to die for...in short, not to be missed...admittedly not a very large room, so remember to book, it's worth the trip.
13/04/2026: Exceptional! This meal was a delight, quite memorable as it brought back many culinary memories. I highly recommend it.
