01/04/2024: Honestly, this is a well-deserved star. Everything was perfect, the setting, the welcome, the hyper professional service, the sommelier just extraordinary and so attentive to his customers, and the fabulous food, a trip between Bordeaux and Haute Savoie. Everything is beautiful, everything is fine, it's high-flying, special mention for the revisitation of the beetroot with its granita and white butter, and the lamb to die for. Being served by the chef who comes to explain his dish to you is the ultimate, it's extremely delicate and considerate. We were invited for my 50th birthday, it will be an unforgettable memory. Chef keep it up, you will quickly reach a second star because you deserve it, and stay the same simple and close to your customers: it's a rare and precious quality. As for the team, you are fabulous, you deserve great recognition for enhancing what the chef does, as for the Sommelier: thank you for your tasting, it's one of my best memories around wine.

31/03/2024: Enjoyed a six course Easter menu for lunch. The 6 designer dishes were paired with 5 great wines and complemented by outstanding service in a wonderful setting with views high above the Lake Annecy. Rated 1 star in the Michelin Guide, this restaurant is pushing hard towards 2 stars.
