La Sariette sur Cannes

Very good and nice setting, we appreciated the air conditioning while having lunch, but the service leaves much to be desired, the wait is long and disorganized, which is a shame.

Located on the lobby floor, Ariette Restaurant & Bar is beautifully airy and welcoming. For our meal, we ordered the grilled octopus and the burger. The grilled octopus was incredibly juicy, paired with a fantastic sauce, and the grilled cherry tomatoes added a perfect accent to the dish. As for the burger, the thin-cut french fries that came with it were excellent—I absolutely loved them! The bread served here was also an absolute standout. As a big fan of baguettes, I was blown away! It had a wonderful sourdough quality with a pleasantly mild acidity, a fluffy interior, and a perfectly crispy crust. I know this isn't a bakery review, but the bread was so good that it deserves this passionate praise! What made our experience even better was the staff. We were greeted by a friendly and delightful female server who warmly welcomed us, even though we had our dog with us. Her hospitality was top-notch! She thoughtfully seated us in a perfect spot that gave us privacy without causing any inconvenience to other guests. We dined here on the day of our arrival, and now I am incredibly excited for breakfast tomorrow morning!

Overall, a good experience at Ariette. The octopus was perfectly cooked, and the eggplant purée was original and delicious. The only slight drawback was the wait, which seemed a bit long considering the restaurant was relatively quiet around 8 pm. Special mention to the warm and welcoming staff, who contributed to making our visit enjoyable.

The service is truly excellent, the recipes are sophisticated and delicious. I loved the restaurant's identity, which focuses on creating signature seasonal dishes. That's why I wanted to go back in November after my first visit in August ☀️ I went once in the summer and once in the winter because I wanted to try several dishes from their menu, and they're seasonal. I really enjoyed what they offered in the winter. We were able to try the chicken supreme (which I loved with its very smooth carrot mousseline) and the ravioli stuffed with mushrooms, served with fresh mushrooms on the side 🍛 And in the summer, I feel like the menu was rather limited, but I did enjoy the vegan brioche and the crispy fries 🍱 Price-wise, it's still a fancy restaurant with dishes around €25-35. The portions are generally small; you're there for quality rather than quantity. It depends on what you order, so don't hesitate to ask the server how much you'll be served. For example, we ate quite well with the chicken supreme and the vegan brioche. And a little less so with the mushrooms and beef we had in the summer 🫕

We went for brunch with friends one Sunday morning. The experience was truly delightful; the staff were attentive and very welcoming! The food was delicious! It's a place I'll definitely keep in mind, and we'll be back with pleasure!

We had booked for a Saturday evening, but upon arrival the entire place was reserved for a private event, so we returned on a Wednesday at lunchtime. Our cocktails were complimentary for our inconvenience 👍. Our meal was good, the desserts excellent, and the waiter pleasant.

A very pleasant time spent at the Ariette bar in the Pullman Paris Centre Bercy hotel. We stopped there to share a glass of Chablis with friends, and the experience lived up to the setting. The decor is elegant, modern, and comfortable, with an atmosphere that is both chic and relaxed, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day or the beginning of the evening. The service is particularly commendable: attentive, friendly, and caring without being intrusive. You feel truly welcome, which greatly contributes to the quality of the experience. It's the perfect kind of place to enjoy a peaceful break over a drink, in a refined environment worthy of a 4-star hotel. A delightful spot that I recommend for a simple yet high-quality experience.
