Superb restaurant in the heart of the Auvergne mountains. A delight ! And the atmosphere inside is reminiscent of the old days! I highly recommend.

Recommended by our charming shuttle driver, this address is a real enchantment for those with a craving for authenticity. The setting is typical. The service is welcoming, smiling and takes great care of its customers. And what about the cuisine... A true gourmet and gourmet delight. We loved it. Thank you and don't change anything.

Gorgeous ! We ate an excellent truffade. This one was also less expensive than what you find in the restaurants of Clermont and yet there was a lot more cheese (go figure). The decor is fun, it really feels like Grandma's house in the 60s. To do again without hesitation if I come back to the area

Deux années de suite que nous mangeons à la Souillarde pour la Saint Cochon. Table de 16 de base, puis 18, puis re 16 puis 17 et demi : équipe pas chiante qui sait s'adapter à la bringue et aux saoulards que nous sommes. Le feuilleté de pied de cochons dans sa sauce vin échalote est clairement la 8ème merveille du monde. La joue de porc est extra. La patronne Marie-Jo (je suis même plus sûr du prénom) est brut de décoffrage, comme on aime. Resto extra pour un excellent rapport qualité prix. A l'année prochaine, Rhan Rhan 🐽🐽

Nous avons déjeuné dans ce super restaurant. Nous remercions la patronne pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ainsi que toute l’équipe. Les plats sont copieux et délicieux. Je recommande très fortement.

Nous sommes venus à 11 et nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le service est parfait, l'ambiance est conviviale, et les plats sont excellents, nous nous sommes tous régalés. Je recommande!!!!👏🏼😊

L' Oustaou

25/03/2024: There are three restaurants 30m from each other. Oustalu: dish of the day = filet mignon = top with its pepper sauce, its little ratatouille, its little eggplant fritters, and its little rice slope. Very good. The exterior would benefit from being less austere because it is more in line with the interior. THANKS .
19/03/2024: We were made very welcome and the service was quick. I had a vegetarian burger with a St Nectaire sauce (possibility of having it at Fourme d'Albert). The vegetable steak was very good, the fries are homemade and they were very well salted. We could smell the St Nectaire well and it wasn't too pronounced so it was very good. On the other hand, my mother-in-law couldn't finish her salad because there was too much cheese and Auvergne blue cheese (large pieces) so it quickly became disgusting. My father had a calf's head and unfortunately there was more fat than meat (maybe some like to eat it completely but for those who don't like fat, avoid it), potatoes with Steam on the other hand were good. For dessert my father had a crème brûlée with apple and chestnut liqueur, it smelled of apple but much less of chestnut but it was still good. My mother-in-law and I have an Auvergne coupe with vanilla ice cream, blueberries, coulis and whipped cream and it's good too. Overall I still recommend this restaurant 🙂 the dishes were not too expensive, we had some with 50cl of wine (pitcher) + a coke €79
