Small restaurant located in the center of Besse. Minimalist menu but delicious traditional dishes. The service is good. Remember to book ahead as seating is limited.

We came to eat… and we left with smiles on our faces!
The service was truly top-notch, and the restaurant's food is excellent. You can taste the quality and care put into what's served, and it really makes a difference.
Special mention to Mathilde and Laurent, who radiate joie de vivre! Their good humor is absolutely contagious and makes the experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, if all restaurants had a team like that, we'd all leave the table feeling a little happier.
In short, a fantastic experience, we'll be back!

A truly wonderful experience! We came with two young children and were warmly welcomed by a charming, smiling lady. Booster seats, high chairs, and even toys for the children were provided!
We had a fantastic meal: truffade and chicken supreme with blue cheese (the sauce was a special mention). For dessert, the homemade rice pudding and blueberry tart were superb.
We'll be back! :)

An unforgettable evening in this cozy little restaurant. The two servers were incredibly attentive. By calling three days in advance, we were able to reserve a fondue bourguignonne with truly excellent beef and impeccable homemade sauces! The owner is a former butcher who really knows his stuff. He, his wife, and the staff all went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Probably the best fondue bourguignonne I've ever had in a restaurant! We'll be back with pleasure! Thank you so much for everything!

We wanted to make a reservation, but the restaurant was full. They went out of their way to find us three seats, but it was impossible. So the chef came over and offered to prepare the dish we wanted for takeout so we could still have the feeling of eating in the restaurant. We ordered three truffades, and they were absolutely delicious! The portions were incredibly generous. Don't hesitate to go and eat there! 😁

A wonderful time at La Souillarde! The fondue bourguignonne (order a few days in advance) was exceptional, and the chef and servers were lovely and helpful. The dining room is very welcoming and attracts people of all ages. A real gem!

Beautiful place. Perfect cuisine (the Auvergne stew simmering for hours on the wood stove is the best), perfect food and wine pairings.
