I discovered the Il Forno restaurant. I arrived at 1:20 PM and received a very warm welcome. They served my pizza 10 minutes after I ordered. The pizza was delicious! I highly recommend it! 👌🏻

Food was fine, but that night ( new year's eve 2025), all the staff, composed of young people, was overwhelmed between service, cashing and getting everything in order. It looked like they had no experience in doing that job and they were trying to cope. They had no control of the situations. Luckily, the guests were ok, otherwise things would have probably gotten worse. We waited half an hour to pay.

We made a reservation in person an hour in advance without any problems. We waited a long time for our food, but it was good. The waiter was very pleasant, and we had a great time thanks to him.

08/03/2026: We tried the set menu for two. Starter: Soup (one out of two servings was cold). Main course: Greasy spaetzle and venison stew...pieces of venison were cold in the middle of the dish. Dessert: Average French toast. Service: Our waiter was very professional. 👍
07/03/2026: We tried Gruber as part of the restaurant's special event and we really enjoyed it. The menu was excellent. The service was quite slow between the amuse-bouche and the starter, but there were several different types of tourists at the same time, so it's understandable. The waiter apologized several times and offered us a second drink for the wait. We'll definitely be back.
