An absolutely exceptional stay. With two children and a baby, we were blown away: the kids' club was perfect, with varied activities truly tailored to each age group. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and designed with families in mind. The breakfast buffet was a veritable feast of fresh, high-quality products; there was something for everyone. And what can we say about the service? It was exceptionally kind and professional. A top-of-the-range hotel that has perfected every detail. We will definitely be back.

A perfect romantic weekend! The hotel is very well designed; everything is there for a truly relaxing stay, and the service was impeccable. We were upgraded to a Deluxe Lake View Room, which was superb. A huge plus for the spa, which is incredible, and the therapists are extremely kind and gentle—thank you! We will definitely be back!

Very picturesque hotel but what makes it great is the service; all of the staff were providing exceptional service. I was particularly pleased with the food, spa, gym and the amazing view of my room. I will be back for a relaxing holiday another time.

Fantastic romantic weekend. Top-notch service in every way. The price may seem high, but it's justified by the quality of the services offered (free shuttle, swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, comfortable and very sunny room, especially the south-facing one with a lake view). Pets are very welcome. Water and food bowls are provided in the room, plus a small dog bed and a treat are left in the room upon arrival. It's the first time I've seen this, and we really appreciated the gesture, especially since we unfortunately couldn't bring our dog. Breakfast is very good. It's a shame that some people are inconsiderate (very noisy). Dinner in a gondola cabin is unique and very enjoyable. Plus, the prices are reasonable, and the dishes showcase local products. I loved it... Thank you!

Our stay at the Hotel Ermitage was very pleasant, with comfortable rooms and a truly excellent pool, even if the overall price was a bit high. The customer service was superb; when we experienced some inconveniences, they offered us things like cakes to compensate. However, there were some shortcomings on the part of the restaurant staff: our salad was dry, and the bread was really not up to the standard one would expect in a place like this. It's a shame because the setting is magnificent, but the food needs to improve given the prices charged.
