An excellent evening, Caro and Eddy are at the top, not to mention the cook! They love their job and it shows on the plate and in their words! And I would return without hesitation on my next visit to Martigues 😍

As an Alsatian living in the area, I had to come. A very good flamekueche (tarte flambée) and the same for the very copious sauerkraut as we are very generous in Alsace (dogibag for what has not been eaten). The hot Munster and the baeckeoffe were also very good and special mention for the rum baba-style kougelhopf, too good, huge but it went down on its own. I would like to highlight the kindness, fast and efficient service of the owner. We will come back without hesitation. Elsass isch bombish

Perfect at all levels from the room decoration, warm and comfortable to the very quick, super friendly welcome and the extra punctual and very complete service, reserved table perfectly stocked with everything on our arrival and placed exactly as requested. As for the main dishes we could not hope for better, even more than expected as the quality of the ingredients could not be fresher (for my part a sea sauerkraut with very fresh fish and a perfect cooking so melting in mouth and prawns finally real huge and grilled to perfection with the flesh of perfect tenderness which is rare in cooking) and the quantity of which would have made two people happy! As for other ribs of pork dish, the same, extra tenderness because it is very thick unlike most of the time where they are thin slices that are overly grilled, here we find the tenderness without being too fatty and, what can I say, also so hearty. All to finish with a famous kouglof baba, also enormous but light because it is blown hot and also very generous in rum. Only one regret if the whipped cream was homemade it would have been even more magnified. All by owners who are as discreet as they are welcoming and professional. Truly an address where you have nothing to complain about and are perfectly satisfied, especially as you go out for home-cooked meals of such satisfactory quality and quantity without breaking the bank, on the contrary, above all, an unbeatable value for money. for this quality of food, so rare, fresh homemade at such a respected price
