We held our wedding at Balthazar and we couldn't have dreamed of anything better. From the very beginning, the support was exemplary: attentive listening, truly personalized service, sound advice, and genuine attention to every detail. The dishes were refined, the menus were seamlessly adapted to our guests, and the service was simply impeccable. The head waiter anticipated everything with great discretion, allowing us to enjoy our day without the slightest stress. Yes, some might say it represents a certain budget, but the peace of mind, the quality of service, the elegance of the venue, and the professionalism of the staff are priceless when experiencing such a unique moment. The food was very good. We had a friendly waiter who explained everything on our plates very clearly. They offer non-alcoholic drinks with the menu, which I find quite rare and appealing for people who don't drink alcohol.

As part of a birthday celebration, we tried Balthazar's restaurant on Friday evening. We were welcomed by Nino who looked after us throughout the meal. The setting is magnificent, and the experience was memorable. Nino is a professional who is caring, attentive, who answers our questions, who knows each dish and each wine. The meal was simply memorable where everything is cooked with care, perfect elegance.
