Excellent restaurant from start to finish. Special mention for the suckling pig. The waiter was welcoming, offered great advice, and was very friendly. The chef is incredibly talented. A very nice selection of Port and Portuguese wines. Thank you.

Exceptional restaurant. The dishes are delicious and generously portioned. The setting is perfect. We booked the restaurant for our civil wedding dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout the planning process. Special mention goes to the octopus and the chocolate mousse, which was a huge hit.

I had dinner with a friend at Albufera on Saturday, May 23rd, and this establishment deserves to be commended for its commitment to excellence. The food is a delight for both the palate and the eyes, and what can I say about the incredibly attentive service we received? A special mention and a huge thank you to Carla for her kindness and the quality of her service; it was truly fantastic!

Beautiful restaurant, friendly welcome, reservations recommended. It's a French-Portuguese restaurant with lovely flavors. The appetizers are quite good, and the main courses are very well prepared. One minor complaint about the cod, served with overly greasy potato chips, which are rather heavy. The desserts are also very good. Nice wine list, but too few soft drink options. Be aware that the filtered water is €6, which is outrageous... they don't have bottled water but conveniently forget to mention that they can serve a carafe, which is a bit of a letdown. The new waiter is rather pushy in his manner, a somewhat rushed, old-fashioned style that's irritating. I overheard him speaking sharply to a group, trying to push them to order drinks; the approach is really excessive. However, the service remains quick, and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We'll gladly return: a good place to remember.

Excellent cuisine, quality ingredients, and a wide selection of dishes (a set menu plus chef's appetizers, main courses, and desserts, plus snacks available all day) as well as drinks (a well-stocked wine cellar with ports up to 40 years old). Professional service, and the chocolate mousse was absolutely enormous! We'll be back.

First time at Albufera, for dinner with colleagues, and it was flawless. The welcome was very attentive, with a presentation of the concept and the menu (even the Portuguese wine list, which was helpful when you're not very familiar with them). The service was impeccable: the wine was decanted upon request during the tasting, and the attentive waitress brought us (very good) bread and refilled our wine glasses as soon as they were (almost) empty without us having to ask. I ordered the chef's specialty, Albufera rice with duck breast... A delight served in a very generous portion. The homemade panna cotta infused with verbena was also excellent and plentiful. Just in case we hadn't had enough, we were each offered a small pasteis de nata; we appreciated this small gesture, which is becoming rare these days. In short, first time, but certainly not the last.
