We ate at La Table de Domi, located on the small Place Surian, right in the heart of Vence's historic center. The restaurant is easily recognizable by its peaceful terrace overlooking the square, and also boasts a lovely, tastefully decorated interior. The menu features traditional cuisine with a focus on homemade dishes. We saw a classic selection of meat and fish, but the restaurant's unique feature is its specialty: flambéed tagliatelle prepared directly in a Parmesan wheel right before the customers' eyes—a truly memorable experience! The presentation is meticulous, and the ingredients are fresh. We chose the tagliatelle from the Southwest, cooked with foie gras and garnished with cured ham—a delight! The welcome is warm, and the staff is attentive. It's a great place for an excellent meal, a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the busiest streets in old Vence.
