We were looking for a really good restaurant. Troyes is very expensive, and due to mass tourism, the quality is only mediocre. At La Table de François, we received excellent service. Very attentive. The food was outstanding, innovative, and modern. We were delighted with every bite. And the price of €45 for a set menu was more than reasonable. We highly recommend this beautifully decorated restaurant.

I had a business dinner at this restaurant last night. The food was excellent and the service was beyond perfect. Even the chef came to our table to ask if everything was alright. My special congratulations go to the young waitress, Eloise (I think), who was very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend your restaurant.
