La Table de Francois sur Troyes

Zeer lekker gegeten,heel verzorgd, wijnkaart aan zeer schappelijke prijzen, bediend door een vriendelijke jongeman die hard zijn best deed maar er zo goed als alleen voor stond chapeau ! Een aanrader nog een restaurant met stoffen tafellakens !

While passing through Troyes, we went for lunch in this restaurant, recommended by the Gault et Millau guide. We do not regret our choice: excellent refined cuisine, impeccable service despite the youth of the servers. Even though the terrace is very small (but we are in the city center) we enjoyed eating outside. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Nach 2018 waren wir wieder hier und? Es war wieder ein großes Vergnügen hier zu essen. Ein schöner Abend. Erstklassige Produkte kombiniert zu klassischer französischer Küche. Eine Küche wie man sie sucht, aber leider immer weniger findet. Die Weinauswahl lässt keinen Wunsch offen und der Patron steht immer mit einem guten Rat zur Seite. Das Filet Rossini ist eines der Besten, das ich je gegessen habe, die Fois gras de canard als entrée einfach erstklassig. Der Service ist freundlich und tadellos. Reservieren ist ein Muss. Ach ja der Champagner des Hauses Cheurlin-Dangin ist ein Freund - unbedingt probieren.

One of my favorite restaurants in Troyes. Explosion of flavors in each dish, no fault. The service is very appreciable. The 48th menu is perfect. Reserve your table carefully.

Excellent restaurant with a menu at 48 euros with small puff pastries for ordering then original appetizer followed by a starter of a main course and a dessert with sweets for coffee. Well presented, very good, nothing to say about the meal or the very good service. The only criticism may be a somewhat cold atmosphere.

Excellent cuisine and above all beautiful presentation of each dish: The plating is impeccable with beautiful little touches of color (flowers). We devour our eyes 🤩... As an aperitif we enjoyed tasting a Drappier rosé champagne🍾🥂 Think about reserving your table !!! Do not hesitate..
