This restaurant is a source of pride for all of France. It is thanks to people like Thierry and his team that the French gastronomic heritage is so beautiful and rich. All the staff are pleasant, friendly, professional, welcoming, kind. The cuisine is excellent and the wine list magnificent. The prices are extremely fair.
