La Table De Ma-Mi sur Beziers

24/09/2026: The cuisine was excellent, very refined and high-quality. We opted for the Lobster menu and were not disappointed; everything was beautifully prepared and delicious—the plates spoke for themselves! The desserts were also excellent. We had a wonderful time. The only downside was the decor, which was a bit dated and could use a refresh.

18/09/2026: I had a really lovely time at L’Ambassade. I particularly enjoyed the butternut squash and hazelnut velouté, served as an amuse-bouche: delicious! The sea bass supreme was also very good, and the dessert was perfect for the girls. However, I was a little disappointed by the starter, which was advertised as grilled squid with garden cherry tomatoes, Niçoise style. Instead of grilled squid, I found it was presented more like squid in broth and served cold. There was only one cherry tomato, accompanied mainly by sliced ​​carrots and zucchini. I found this a bit disappointing considering the description and what I had imagined. As for the service, it was pleasant overall, but I felt it sometimes lacked a bit of attention, especially with the drinks. Here's my brief feedback, with a very good overall impression and a lovely time spent at the Embassy.
