We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Perraud's. The menu is limited, but that's a good sign. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality. The cooking, especially of the fish, was perfect. The service is discreet yet very efficient. I highly recommend it.

It's so good to come back! A warm atmosphere, an attentive and very professional team (kudos for asking if I preferred my white wine chilled or at room temperature), and excellent food. A superb restaurant that we, who aren't from the area, are happy to return to every time.

We came for lunch without a reservation. Luckily, a small table had just become available. We ordered the set menu for barely 20 euros per person. The starter was a creamy pepper soup, a delightful discovery with the pepper fried in choux pastry. The main course was slow-cooked chicken with pepper rice, also delicious, and a crème brûlée. We had a very good lunch and the service was truly pleasant. We'll be back.

Passing through Lons-le-Saunier and looking for a restaurant, we stopped at Perraud's. We went in and received a warm welcome.
We were seated immediately. The set menu was just under €20: Cream of pepper soup with choux pastry, slow-cooked chicken with rice and peppers, crème brûlée for dessert, coffee, and a glass of wine (not included in the set menu). I recommend this restaurant, but reservations are recommended.

I stopped at La Table de Perraud on my way to Besançon, and it was a very pleasant surprise! Attentive service, delicious food, and an excellent dessert—a truly delicious cinnamon roll. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for introducing me to Vin Jaune! 😉
