What a delightful discovery this tea room/pastry shop is, tucked away on a street corner in the heart of Lons! The welcome is very warm and the pastries are excellent and varied! I couldn't resist having another slice of the sublime vanilla flan. You won't be disappointed!

A pure moment of indulgence and elegance! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful time at this magnificent pastry shop! The cakes are true works of art, as beautiful as they are delicious. Each pastry is incredibly delicate, perfectly balanced in sugar, and bursting with refined flavors. Accompanied by excellent, aromatic coffee, served to perfection, it's the ideal place to enjoy a sweet and indulgent break. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the welcome is always warm, friendly, and attentive. A must-visit in Lons-le-Saunier for all lovers of fine pastry. We will return with immense pleasure!

I've been a regular at this pastry shop. A true gem! Here, it's not just about pastries… it's about art. Each cake is a surprise, an emotion, a unique experience. You can immediately feel the work, the passion, and above all, that rare desire to offer something different. The flavors are perfectly balanced, the combinations are bold without ever being over the top, and visually… it's simply magnificent. It's almost hard to bring yourself to eat it—almost 😉. What impresses me most is their ability to offer creations you won't find anywhere else in the area. Finally, a pastry shop that breaks the mold, without compromising on quality. When you step inside the pastry shop, you're always pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the desserts, which are as beautiful as they are delicious. It's a real pleasure to be served by the sales assistant, who always has a smile on her face. A truly wonderful discovery at L'Instant Framboise. As for the pastries, the pain au chocolat is excellent, as is the apple turnover. I go there regularly, and each time I have a delightful culinary experience.
