Like last year, an exceptional restaurant at a reasonable price for the quality. A team that goes the extra mile and a delightful array of flavors and emotions. The best bistro in the world? As a food critic once said. For me, it certainly seems that way. It's difficult to book a table if you arrive late. This place is worth the effort. Well done, Les Couillons!

A truly unique experience! Every dish is a taste explosion. Excellent, pure fish and seafood dishes. The products are of top quality! This restaurant by Alexandre Couillon is also worthy of a Michelin star. Situated in a beautiful spot at the very tip of the island. Highly recommended!

Down there, at the tip of Noirmoutier Island, lies the fishing port of L'Herbaudière, a true fishing port. Alexandre Couillon has never left his native land, and next to La Marine, which I won't praise to the skies, is Elise Poisson et Braise. A Japanese-inspired decor of light wood and young chefs working behind their counters, the service is charming and precise, especially regarding the wine selection, with a very fine list showcasing small producers. That day we ordered lobster and fillet of pollack, bluefin tuna tatki, and for dessert, the fabulous vanilla ice cream generously drizzled with salted caramel. Everything is perfect, from the presentation to the subtlety of the flavors. Sometimes all it takes is a trip to L'Herbaudière for the most wonderful of journeys...

We had a wonderful evening at Elise's. A huge thank you to the whole team! The service was truly outstanding: attentive, friendly, and with excellent advice on both the food and the wines. We immediately felt welcome and perfectly taken care of throughout the meal. The dishes were delicious, full of flavor and originality, with some truly beautiful combinations. We also absolutely loved the sourdough bread, which was simply incredible 😉. It was also a real pleasure to watch the chefs plate the dishes right in front of us and the pastry chef at work; it really added to the experience. A truly wonderful restaurant that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

We had a reservation, but unfortunately we arrived a day too early. It wasn't a problem at all; we were seated even though the restaurant was fully booked—thank you so much again! The food was of exceptional quality—every dish was truly delicious—wow! The tuna served with veal jus, or the Japanese butter, mmm—the sauces in general were incredible. The service, as mentioned, was excellent. All the staff were young and very dedicated. We felt very comfortable and were thrilled.

A gourmet stopover overlooking the port of L'Herbaudière I absolutely loved this charming little house, perched right on the fishing port. The cuisine is honest, generous, and rooted in the island's bounty—the fish is impeccably fresh, and the flavors speak for themselves. Now I love seafood! The service is warm and attentive; you feel like a regular from your very first visit. The atmosphere is convivial, with that authentic charm so characteristic of Noirmoutier.
