For the second year in a row, we had lunch at L’Etier. Everything there is wonderful: the staff is so kind and helpful. We love coming here and we'll be back next year if we can. See you soon!

A very pleasant dinner with friends; the dishes were well-prepared, and the service was quick and attentive. The only slight drawback was the large number of mosquitoes in the dining room, which was a shame. Without the mosquitoes, my rating would have been 5/5.

We had a wonderful time with friends at this restaurant. Beautiful view of the estuary. Excellent cuisine made with fresh, local produce! The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive!

20/08/2026: A magnificent establishment, the food is simply sensational and the team takes great care of you. Bravo.
15/08/2026: Like last year, an exceptional restaurant at a reasonable price for the quality. A team that goes the extra mile and a delightful array of flavors and emotions. The best bistro in the world? As a food critic once said. For me, it certainly seems that way. It's difficult to book a table if you arrive late. This place is worth the effort. Well done, Les Couillons!
