Excellent experience at L’Étier restaurant in Noirmoutier. The seafood was superb: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything was delicious from start to finish. The setting is pleasant, and the time spent there was truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

29/06/2026: An exceptional experience for our first wedding anniversary! Everything, absolutely everything, was perfect and magical. A huge thank you!
27/06/2026: Three stars fully deserved! We had the pleasure of dining at La Marine and we absolutely loved the experience. Everything was original, starting with the presentation of the nine-course menu on recycled paper, which allowed us to follow our tasting throughout the evening. We also greatly appreciated the beautiful video about Noirmoutier, which added a lovely touch to the experience. Special mention for the lobster with caviar, which was absolutely exceptional. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful moment, and to the chef for this unforgettable gastronomic interlude.
