A great find! They have a set menu but a good selection of à la carte options.
My only complaint, and this is just my opinion, is that I would have liked to see a cheese selection.

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit; the Angus beef was excellent with homemade fries. Luckily, my husband had thought to book ahead, as it's often full during peak season. Thank you, Emilie, for the warm welcome.

It's a lovely restaurant, with attractive decor and a pleasant atmosphere both inside and outside on the covered terrace.
The food was decent overall. We ordered two appetizers: Périgord ham and foie gras. The ham was very good, good value for money, even though the menu listed it with a pepper relish that was nowhere to be seen on the plate. However, the poor slice of foie gras, served semi-cooked but cold, with a tiny dollop of fig confit (enough for only three people), was bland and unworthy of the taste of real foie gras (considering we're in the region of this specialty). At €10.90, it was very disappointing…
Furthermore, there were three of us, one of whom was vegetarian. Unfortunately, there are only two appetizers on the menu at the moment, the two mentioned above, with no vegetarian option. When we asked if it would be possible to have a small salad as a starter, we were met with a very cold response, and it was apparently impossible for the kitchen (after the rush, as we arrived just after 1:15 pm) to gather a few lettuce leaves with some dressing. We didn't insist... and imagine our surprise when we paid the bill and saw a sign advertising the Caesar salad of the day! So, removing the chicken and reducing the portion to make it a starter is too much to ask?
For our main courses, we ordered two "original burgers" (as they were called on the menu) and the vegetarian burger. They were very good, and the vegetarian option was certainly well-thought-out and very original! The only downside was the fries, which were a bit too salty, but still tasty.
The service was excellent, with a friendly and welcoming staff. The only unpleasant part was the interaction regarding the salad. But otherwise, it was great.

Passing through Brantome we had lunch in this very friendly restaurant, pleasant welcome and attentive service, excellent tuna tartare and tataki, super good homemade fries, on the back terrace.

We had a wonderful time at La Table d’Émilie.
We ate very well; the dishes were delicious and prepared with care. But beyond the food, we especially appreciated the kindness of the entire team and the warm welcome we received. We immediately felt at ease, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you for your smiles, your attentiveness, and your professionalism. We will gladly return and recommend this restaurant without hesitation. 🥰

We ate at La Table d'Émilie restaurant. The food was good quality and well-prepared, but for a €32 menu, I think they should have made more of an effort on the quantity and also on the presentation. The slice of foie gras was very thin with no garnish. The main course was served in a small dish; again, there wasn't much on it. However, they do have the merit of having a very good chef. I also want to emphasize that the quantity wasn't there. Have a good day.

My partner, my parents, and I decided to give it a try. A charming little street restaurant in Brantôme, with a pleasant, simple, bright, and welcoming atmosphere and decor, furnished with comfortable modern furniture.
We opted for the set menu: starter, main course, and dessert. The foie gras was absolutely delicious, followed by the duck confit and gratin dauphinois. The dessert, "Me casse pas les noix" (Don't mess with me), was a delightful surprise.
Satisfaction guaranteed; it was flavorful and appetizing.
The staff was pleasant, smiling, and attentive. We couldn't find a single fault. Until our return visit, we wish this team all the best for the future.
(PS: The chef has a really cool tattoo on his right arm 😉)
