Four of us had the 3 course evening menu. They also had an a la carte.menu. There is a big outside terrace but we sat inside at the back of the restaurant as it was not warm enough to sit out. We chose a variety of different dishes betweenus. To begin we were given some amuse-bouche, olives, meat, a miniature asparagus soup. Delicious. There was a selection of starters, mains and deserts. Everything tasted lovely and was very well presented. The staff were friendly and service was good. We had a lovely bottle of Bergerac white wine to accompany which was 24€. I wish we had a restaurant like this near home. There was plenty of space when we went but sometimes you would need to book.

A lovely terrace and a friendly welcome.
However, a major disappointment with the food... the duck breast was tough and the duck confit was more like roast duck 👎🏻
The price of wine by the glass 🍷 is particularly expensive (8/9 euros) for the wines offered.

Occasional visitors for our anniversary.
This year was, as always, no disappointment!
Good choice of food, well presented.
Waiting staff, friendly, efficient, & I must say, - Nicely turned out.
Nice ambience, although, could do with being a bit warmer.
It would be nice with the fire lit.
I write in English, as the patrons appear to be exclusively French.
I highly recommend them to my British compatriots!

Nice stop, beautiful village, the food was tasty. The only thing that bothered me a bit was how the waiter handled the kitchen door; I think the chef got a huge fright every time.

What a gem.
We opted for the plat du jour and were not disappointed.
High level cuisine beautifully presented. Service was very attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant 100%.
We will be back when visiting Brantome again.
