Hello, I recommend this bakery. Everything is delicious. We had breakfast, sandwiches, croustades, and breads. Of course, you need a little time, but the saleswoman does what she can. Given how busy it is at certain times, two people serving wouldn't be a luxury. And if that's not convenient, there are other bakeries in Cauterets.

22/09/2025: Very friendly welcome, simple but pleasant setting. A true restaurateur who loves his job, and it shows. Simple but excellent meal, with well-prepared ingredients and beautiful presentation. Simple but pleasant wine list. Very reasonable bill. All in all, a good place for a very pleasant meal, and a real treat.
