From the moment we arrived until the bill, everything was perfect. The ambiance is refined without being ostentatious, and the team manages to be professional, warm, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Each dish was a true revelation: bold flavors, perfectly cooked, and intelligently delicate combinations. You can taste the authenticity of the ingredients, the precision of the execution, and a real personality in every dish. The service transformed our dinner into an exceptional experience: seamless, friendly, and proactive. We were never left wondering what to order before receiving what we expected, or even what we hadn't yet anticipated. I have rarely had such a complete experience, where taste, ambiance, and attentiveness converge so perfectly. Without hesitation, I highly recommend it and will return with great pleasure. A huge congratulations to the entire team—it truly was five stars.

The cuisine is extremely balanced and delicate. We opted for the garden menu; the way each plate is prepared with a jus made exclusively from vegetables is impressive.

It's an absolutely stunning restaurant! I haven't had an experience like that before. It's an almost 5 hours experience in one of the most beautiful towns in Europe. Make a reservation and dress nicely.

There's not much else to say other than a superb experience. The setting, the staff, the service, the dishes, the wines... Everything was perfect. And being able to chat with the chef, who visits all the tables, allows you to truly appreciate his passion for cuisine and taste.

We came on July 14th and were able to share a timeless moment where taste and visual pleasures were on the menu. Through his cuisine, the chef takes us into the flavors of his vegetable garden. The products are enhanced through work on different textures, cooking, and pairings. A special mention goes to the sommelier who knows how to perfectly describe the wines she introduced us to and does a remarkable job of pairing food and wine. We look forward to returning to your beautiful establishment, which combines modernity while preserving the beauty of Alsatian architecture.

We had a wonderful evening with beautiful dishes and an excellent wine pairing. The service was excellent, but the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area.
