Absolutely delicious. From starter to main course to dessert, everything was superbly prepared and refined, with wonderful flavor combinations. They sourced ingredients from local producers. Special mention for the tempura sweetbreads – they were divine! Located next to the city's covered market in the mostly pedestrianized old town, it's perfect for a stroll before or after your meal. The staff is friendly and the chef is passionate and easy to talk to.

The meal was good, but the presentation was average for a tasting menu. The tasting menu, of course, was full of extras to inflate the bill, and the ingredients were out of season, which is typical of a restaurant like this. Let's talk about the service and the welcome. If you don't enjoy fine dining, you shouldn't work here, especially since I was the only one serving six customers—it's not complicated. When we serve wine, we offer a taste before pouring a glass. A smile never hurts, but it does add wrinkles!
