La Table du Marché sur Bergerac

The food is very good, the dishes are beautifully presented and original. The service was excellent. However, be aware that the price is still excessive for simple ingredients and small portions.

Excellent experience… from arrival to departure! Upon arrival, we received a warm and welcoming reception, despite my slight delay due to my disability. We were immediately offered water and absolutely delicious appetizers. The menu we chose was a succession of delights and wonders; a flawless performance in terms of presentation, the variety of textures, colors, and flavors. I must emphasize that they were remarkably able to accommodate my severe dietary restrictions and allergies. This is a place to remember. Returning seems like the best advice!

I had a wonderful evening at La Table du Marché, where I particularly enjoyed a memorable duck breast, easily worthy of a Michelin star. The wine list is superb, showcasing both local winemakers and top-tier national selections, some of which are even unavailable elsewhere. Bravo!

Fantastic experience tonight at La Table du Marché! After a gastronomic trip to the Périgord region, I chose to spend my last evening at La Table du Marché… and what a wonderful way to end my stay! Refined and balanced dishes, with perfectly executed seasonings. Special mention goes to the duck breast, without a doubt the best I tasted during my entire trip, and we sampled it at many restaurants in the Périgord! I also absolutely loved the dessert, a tribute to Chef Michel Guérard. A true discovery, a delightful and light experience. Neither too sweet nor too rich: the perfect dessert to conclude this meal. A huge thank you to the entire front-of-house team and the chef for their warm welcome and this wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant!

A little disappointed... the welcome and service were very good, and the dishes were well prepared; however, the price is a bit excessive for a fairly standard meal for the region. To explain: the set lunch menu for two adults and an 11-year-old child, including two kirs (one sparkling) and a lemonade, three duck confits with Sarlat-style potatoes (just enough for three), three desserts containing three small scoops of vanilla ice cream drizzled with crème de cassis, two coffees, and a glass of Pécharmant... all for €140! Even though the setting is pleasant, especially with the air conditioning, and the staff is friendly, and our meal was good, I don't think I'll be returning at these prices. Best of luck.
