A lovely place where we had lunch with colleagues today. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully presented dishes and delicious food. For dessert, we had incredibly indulgent and light crêpes. The service was excellent, thank you for your kindness and warm welcome… we will be back! 😊

We ate there last night completely by chance while passing through Kassel. It was a wonderful discovery. Excellent meal, impeccable service, very friendly staff, we will be back.

I went to enjoy a wonderful waffle and hot chocolate, a delight, I highly recommend it if you are passing through Cassel. Very pleasant, very welcoming, very friendly, I will come back as soon as I am in the area.

Many thanks to the team. Four of us came on Tuesday evening, July 22nd (the day before yesterday), with friends from Lyon (you'll recognize us) and we are friends of Père C..... A real THANK YOU!!! EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! The welcome, the food, the kindness, the setting, the service, the friendliness....we found an establishment that was perfect in every way....and unbeatable value for money. This is now our base camp, as we don't live far away. See you soon!!! Philippe

The food is incredible. Unfortunately, the service took way too long. 2 hours exactly for a meal and a coffee. No changing table, which is a shame when you're coming with a baby. The view of the square is lovely, and the food is absolutely delicious. I recommend it if you don't have children and have time on your hands.

19/01/2026: Had a drink to round off a winter walk around Cassel. It was pleasantly busy, had a great atmosphere, and the service was quick.
07/12/2025: Hello, I went there to eat last night. It was the first time I'd heard about it and been recommended a nice place with old-fashioned decor, not too super friendly. I had a Welsh rarebit, superb, I recommend it.

09/11/2025: We arrived for a post-hike snack and received a very warm welcome. The manager is exceptionally kind. There was a children's table next to ours, and he brought them several games to keep them entertained and even offered candy (to all the customers, actually). A relaxed, friendly atmosphere, just the way we like it. We'll definitely be back! I especially recommend the crepes!
06/11/2025: The treats that came with the chocolate were incredibly good! The service is quick, the staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere is pleasant. This brasserie brought back childhood memories of going there for a grenadine with water with my family. I highly recommend it.
