Cozy restaurant. Food is tasty, but not more. Not everything is home-made. Shame.

Reservation 12:30 p.m. We are informed that there will be a bit of a wait. Ok. So we have an aperitif. for the main course 2:15 p.m. This is excessive, especially since the terrace was far from complete. much too long! Shame !

Magnificent discovery.
Superb setting, the interior is fresh and cozy.
Very wide choice of draft and can beers. The cocktails are delicious AND generous.
Starter, main course and dessert formula at €25, crazy. Very fair and refined cuisine, we enjoyed ourselves.
The boss and her team are dynamic, responsive and very friendly.

Coincidentally dropped in during the winter period, with two. Was a delicious discovery of leg of lamb. Afterwards I went back just for the leg of lamb, which was delicious again.
Friendly service, simply simple, neat and very tidy (you can also see the toilets, always a good reference of cleanliness).

I remember the samosas which were good as well as the whole meal but it is above all the warm atmosphere which reigned there and the attentive and friendly staff. It is a memory full of charm and kindness. Go for it!
Moreover, Cassel has an exceptional Flanders history museum and is worth more than one detour. I also recommend!

Came here purely by chance but it was wonderful. We went for the fixed menu €25 but still had a choice of two starters, two main course, and 3 desserts. It also came with a nice appetiser. Waitress was friendly and spoke English. It was a Wednesday evening but it was still busy. Highly recommend.

Excellent. Nous avons passé un magnifique moment dans ce restaurant. Tout à été excellent du plat au dessert. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable. Les chiens sont acceptés ce qui en fait une adresse d’exception.

We visited Cassel on the way from the Netherlands to Calais. We parking in the square and decided to visit this restaurant for lunch. There wasn't a huge menu choice but it was adequate to find something.
We both opted for salads, a Caser and La Biquette - Service was quick and the food tasted great, with good size portions.
There were many locals eating here, so we figured that it would be a good choice, and indeed it was!
2 Salads and 2 drinks (Coke and a cidre) came to €36.60, so it was reasonably priced.
