A very warm welcome and the service was perfect. We had a very good meal. A pleasant restaurant for conversation, with soft background music.

The chef's intentions were original. The catfish tataki was truly excellent. The fish of the day was slightly overcooked, but its accompaniment was very well prepared. Very good value for money and very friendly staff in the dining room and at the bar. One minor drawback: the elevator music should be changed or the volume turned down. We will be back, thank you.

The catfish isn't the most delicate fish in the Loire. The salmon and scallop tartare was visually appealing and very refined to the taste.

Thank you for having us this Sunday for your wonderful Easter menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, especially the exceptional asparagus starter. The portions were perfectly sized. The service was efficient, and the dishes arrived piping hot (I pay close attention to that). Thank you.

Just a small thought: €5 for a glass of Gamay Rouge, which was very good, but the quantity was too small. That's something to improve; I didn't dare complain. But next time 🥵
