01/03/2026: A must-try in Ancenis. The chef knows how to work with fresh ingredients. Everything is truly excellent. The service is friendly and efficient. It's a shame this restaurant is a bit hidden in the center of Ancenis, but it's well worth the effort to find. The only minor point for improvement is the decor; the atmosphere is a little cold.
