Le Cafe de la Gare sur Ancenis

I had an excellent three-course lunch. Simple dishes creatively refined. A fantastic tomato soup, among other things, enhanced with figs. For me, the quality was indistinguishable from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The decor was simple, with muted colors, pleasantly understated, yet there was something to discover everywhere.

Thanks again to the kind waiter/mechanic following the incident... it feels good to be supported...

The chef has a true knack for elevating even the simplest dish. I highly recommend this establishment.
