A lovely discovery during our visit to Le Puy: the food is well-prepared, with a special mention for the octopus and its lentil hummus. I also enjoyed the lentil salad with trout and egg as a starter, and the main courses were delicious, such as the burger where each ingredient was perfectly prepared, seasoned, and flavorful. And a truly excellent chocolate mousse! 🍫

I see why this restaurant is rated a 4. But the reviews say get there early as it fills up. I ordered the classic sausage and lentils. Thankfully they put some excellent mustard on the table as the lentils were very bland. The sausage was good with the mustard. The atmosphere is lovely sitting outside on a busy square.

A lovely restaurant in the heart of Le Puy's old town. A summery terrace atmosphere, perfect for a beautiful evening exploring the city lights. A very warm welcome. Impeccable service. Excellent dinner.

Good food, good desserts. The only downside was that we were seated near the restroom door. That wasn't ideal. People were queuing behind our chairs. They should just put a sign on the door: Restroom upstairs

05/05/2026: A very good hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian areas, which are very nice to see. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, although the soundproofing and the price are a bit high. The restaurant offers good service with a smile, but the prices are too high, even though the food is good.

13/08/2026: What a wonderful discovery in the heart of Le Puy-en-Velay! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and we had a truly delightful time. The burgers are generous and served with a handy little wooden skewer. They were cooked to perfection, and the bun, sprinkled with seeds, adds a delicious texture. It's a place where you feel comfortable and enjoy your meal. We'll definitely be back.
