La Table du Renard Bleu sur Latresne

Found this gem during a bike ride today. We had an excellent lunch; the food was fresh and delicious. A perfect pit stop! We will definitely be back.

A bucolic setting in fine weather, where you can have lunch in the courtyard under the immense oak tree. The interior is just as pleasant, with a warm atmosphere as soon as you step inside. The menu is simple: three or four starters, the same for the main courses, and a daily dessert. Everything is homemade, and it shows! The main course costs €17, very good value for money. The food is healthy and full of flavor. The service is friendly and prompt. A perfect score for Le Renard Bleu.

We had an absolutely delicious pork adobo, both in terms of presentation and taste – a real treat. Well done to the chef! The terrace is pleasant and shaded, the service was a little slow, but we won't complain given the difficulties the restaurant industry is facing right now. A great place to eat in Latresne! 👌🏻

A very warm welcome, excellent cuisine prepared with top-quality ingredients – you can taste the difference. The setting is very pleasant, especially when the weather is nice and you can enjoy the lovely, quiet, and charming terrace. I highly recommend it.

Excellent restaurant, the staff are very welcoming. The food was delicious. We were seated outside on the terrace in the garden. We had a lovely time.

The concept is old-fashioned. It's a bit hard to spot if you're not familiar with it, and there were quite a few dead leaves at the entrance. The interior has a pleasant atmosphere, much like the owner. The service was a bit inexperienced. The daily special was original, but too spicy, without any warning 🌶️. A few things to improve to make it just right. 😉

A quick stop on our journey, a piece of advice: leave the Bordeaux ring road for 2 km, it's worth the detour. A very good starter and a succulent main course, children's menus in small portions but identical to the parents' dishes and professional service!
