Simply fantastic. We had the set menu that day. Everything was delicious. The staff is energetic, funny, and always smiling. Impeccable service. A wonderful discovery. Special mention to the cheese cart.

Impeccable service! The meat dishes were delicious, and a special mention goes to the desserts, particularly the chocolate fondant, which were perfect. The only downside was the single vegetarian option: a plate of steamed vegetables (the side dish for the other meals) without any seasoning. A more flavorful option would have been appreciated, such as adding the chimichurri sauce that accompanied another dish, roasting the vegetables, or adding cheese.

A great restaurant in Gérardmer. Traditional cuisine, full of flavor and very well executed. A superb, generous cheese platter and a top-notch wine selection. The sommelier is excellent and very friendly, offering a range of very high-quality and very affordable wines by the glass.

My second visit to this restaurant and I'm just as impressed as before. The dishes are delicious, expertly prepared, and perfectly seasoned. The sommelier is excellent. Special mention to the young waiter with the ponytail; you can tell he truly loves his job, a real pro! Go without hesitation!

A truly excellent restaurant with high-quality ingredients, enhanced by expertly prepared cuisine. Special mention goes to the vegetables, which were flavorful and perfectly cooked—a rarity these days. The food was impeccable, as was the particularly pleasant welcome. However, the service was somewhat rushed: the brisk pace of the dining room and the pressure to reset tables by 10:15 pm, along with the sight of a linen cart, detracted slightly from the tranquility of the experience. In an establishment of this caliber, one expects the high standards of the cuisine to be reflected in the discretion and pace of the service.
