Beautiful dining room. We ordered one set menu for €38 and another for €30. Creative starters. Disappointed by the main courses and desserts. Friendly and knowledgeable sommelier.

A timeless place that respects the tradition of French cuisine. It's efficient and delicious. Kudos also to the "Les Grandes Gueules" bar – don't change a thing.

Impeccable service! The meat dishes were delicious, and a special mention goes to the desserts, particularly the chocolate fondant, which were perfect. The only downside was the single vegetarian option: a plate of steamed vegetables (the side dish for the other meals) without any seasoning. A more flavorful option would have been appreciated, such as adding the chimichurri sauce that accompanied another dish, roasting the vegetables, or adding cheese.

A great restaurant in Gérardmer. Traditional cuisine, full of flavor and very well executed. A superb, generous cheese platter and a top-notch wine selection. The sommelier is excellent and very friendly, offering a range of very high-quality and very affordable wines by the glass.

My second visit to this restaurant and I'm just as impressed as before. The dishes are delicious, expertly prepared, and perfectly seasoned. The sommelier is excellent. Special mention to the young waiter with the ponytail; you can tell he truly loves his job, a real pro! Go without hesitation!
