My husband and I went there on Saturday and I highly recommend this restaurant. It has everything you look for in this type of establishment: generous and delicious portions, a warm atmosphere, and lovely, attentive staff. We will definitely be back...

My beakehof was noticeably lacking in flavor. The sauerkraut, on the other hand, seemed alright. The service, however, was very good.

Very nice restaurant; I was able to eat outside, and the temperatures were still pleasantly warm; very cozy inside as well; prices are reasonable, although the large bottle of mineral water is overpriced for me – unfortunately, that's also the case in Germany; I'd gladly come again.

03/10/2026: Beautiful dining room. We ordered one set menu for €38 and another for €30. Creative starters. Disappointed by the main courses and desserts. Friendly and knowledgeable sommelier.
26/09/2026: Exceptional! Regardless of the season or the menu, the quality is consistently excellent, from the flavors and the emphasis on local products to the presentation and service. The team is truly attentive to its customers. A real pleasure with very reasonable prices. See you soon!

25/08/2026: Great welcome. Lovely terrace. Affordable beer with peanuts (basic beer, admittedly, but still the cheapest half-pint in Gérardmer), well done! Plus, there was a concert!
23/08/2026: Been here a few times because the food and coffee for breakfast were fairly good! Very nice breakfast menu which has all you want for a good price! In regards to the retro style; its great and unique in Gerardmer, so keep it up, but I hope they keep improving the idea, because it feels not completely finished. Also it can feel a bit messy too inside due to all the different products. But maybe that’s the charme too. Good experience tho!
