A lovely place that reminds us of Alsace. Overall, we ate very well. The sauerkraut was excellent, although I would have preferred a ham hock with crispy skin. Also, the service was a bit slow even though the restaurant wasn't full. Nevertheless, it was still a good experience.

25/08/2026: Great welcome. Lovely terrace. Affordable beer with peanuts (basic beer, admittedly, but still the cheapest half-pint in Gérardmer), well done! Plus, there was a concert!
23/08/2026: Been here a few times because the food and coffee for breakfast were fairly good! Very nice breakfast menu which has all you want for a good price! In regards to the retro style; its great and unique in Gerardmer, so keep it up, but I hope they keep improving the idea, because it feels not completely finished. Also it can feel a bit messy too inside due to all the different products. But maybe that’s the charme too. Good experience tho!

30/08/2026: Great place. Polite and welcoming staff. Very good meal at a reasonable price. The dining room was a bit bright but very clean and comfortable.
