Décor soigné et matériaux nobles. Accueil un peu froid. Service exceptionnel de Louis ! Les potions sont vraiment réduites au minimum. Nous avons un petit appétit, pour nous, c’était suffisant mais je n’oserais invité des amis … Délicieux amuses bouches. Superbe tartare de thon rouge. Le dressage des plats est très soigné. Les vins sont hors de prix…

Another big thank you to the Table d’Uzes! We come here for dinner every year and are never disappointed. The new place is splendid, the Chef's cuisine is delicious and always just right, the juices are fabulous...special mention to Clarisse, a passionate and adorable sommelier who we enjoy seeing again every year! Her way of offering what she offers and the way in which she does it is quite rare on a 1 star rt level deserves to be highlighted. This restaurant is for us one of the best one-star restaurants that we have tried. Thanks to Louis who took care of our table and kindly showed us around the Chef's kitchens during the service, a great professional and friendly team and a Chef who always takes the time to come and greet the tables. See you next year :)

Well executed cuisine but nothing extraordinary and below our expectations for a star. Portions bordering on acceptable and service TOO SLOW.

Le restaurant est magnifique (décoration moderne et sobre dans une salle où se trouve la cave à vins, visible grâce à une baie vitrée). La terrasse n'était pas utilisée exceptionnellement à cause des fortes chaleurs). L'ambiance y est probablement tout aussi agréable mais différente qu'en intérieur. Accueil et service avec le sourire, un accompagnement bienveillant par la sommelière, respect et discrétion du client lors des interventions du personnel de salle. Pas de carte. On découvre les propositions du chef en 6 ou 8 étapes. Le repas est comme " un voyage", et la façon dont les plats sont présentés donnent l'impression de se laisser porter en permanence avec classe et légèreté. Les produits sont mis en valeur par une jolie présentation, avec des saveurs qui invitent à la dégustation. La créativité est au rdv pour tous les plats. La carte des vins fait la part belle aux vins du sud à la vallée du Rhône nord et Sud, verticale da la grange des pères,....et la sommelière maîtrise son art et le partage volontiers avec les clients avec expertise et humilité.

I really wanted to like this place. It is a beautiful setting, with views of the cathedral and a rising moon. We also had a perfect summer night, having cooled off from the hot summer day. We chose the six course “journey”. The pacing of the night was off completely. We started at 7:45 and the meal took 3.5 hours. And then I waited another 20+ minutes just to pay. The service was tentative all night. We had to ask for water refills and bread to mop up the sauces. The meal was just ok in my opinion (by Michelin expectations). For three of us it was $600 and I did not have a single Wow moment. Not for presentation, nor for flavors. The courses felt a bit repetitive — several ice cream style quenelles (worked for the hot summer but not innovative). Most of the time the flavors were solid but not wow. Didn’t think it was better than other restaurants in Uzes where we have enjoyed lunches and dinners and great friendly services. The vibe was quite formal, a bit off from the relaxed atmosphere of the town. I would not describe it as fun. Also, one of us was having her birthday that day. There was zero recognition of it at dinner. Overall it was underwhelming. Many places in Uzes to spend your money and time.

This is the second time in a month that we have come for lunch in this restaurant which has become for us the best restaurant of all those in which we have been able to eat. A perfect welcome, impeccable service, a sommelier who is in love with her profession and so in the kitchen, there must be a team of culinary magicians. Because this is the second time we have eaten in this restaurant which has become our little corner of paradise and it is a second without fault👏👏👏👏. Just a small point not to improve, but to think about if that interests you. It would be to be able to see the brigade at work to be able to admire them and above all congratulate them for this exquisite work. Anyway this restaurant is absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!!!!! Many thanks for all these culinary emotions

Food was very good but compared to other one star restaurants slightly disappointing. Sommelier was excellent and most of the service both friendly and competent.

Light, balanced and full of flavor cuisine with quality products. The service is perfect and attentive, the Sommelier knew how to perfectly match the wine to the dish. Thank you for this excellent moment and discovery. See you soon !
