Finally, I was able to discover this magnificent spot in the Pays de Bitche region that everyone has been talking about for years, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. We ate on the terrace in a very pleasant, friendly, and family-oriented setting. The place is really well laid out so that everyone can feel comfortable, with several outdoor areas and games to delight children. Most of the terrace is designed in the style of a carousel, which adds a lot of charm and originality to the place. It was already full when we arrived, quite late for a Saturday night, which is not surprising for such a well-known and long-loved establishment. The restaurant's dining room was also quite full, which shows that many people enjoy coming here to have a good time. So we ate in another outdoor area with a few tables, which was also very pleasant, with a small thatched bar to the side. From our table, we also had a glimpse into the kitchen, where we could see the staff bustling about during service, adding a lively and friendly atmosphere. Two or three small seating areas also allow you to enjoy a leisurely aperitif before sitting down to eat. With the beautiful summer we're having right now, it's truly delightful. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, featuring high-quality cuisine and dishes that reflect local traditions. Being able to enjoy a good meal in such a pleasant outdoor setting is truly wonderful. In addition to the outdoor areas, the restaurant has a dining room open year-round, decorated in a rustic style, full of authenticity, just the way I like it, perfectly suited to this type of cuisine. A truly wonderful restaurant in the Pays de Bitche region that I highly recommend for a pleasant time with family or friends around a delicious meal. Overall positive. The lasagna was delicious, but unfortunately arrived much later than the other main courses (about 10 minutes). However, this shouldn't detract from the fact that the food is very good (albeit limited for vegetarians/vegans) (and a bit pricey). A good option in the area.

Really great little place, no idea beforehand what we were getting. Just a 3-course menu with the daily special, and it was fantastic 👍🏻

True home cooking! It could perhaps be quieter, and the staff seemed very busy. However, we were still well served, and the crowded room had its own charm.

Fantastic find! 💡 Home-style cooking that was truly delicious. In addition to the food, there's a real nature retreat: a children's play area and animals. Message from my 6-year-old daughter: "We have to come back here, it's so good and beautiful!" 🤩

The staff were very friendly. We were seated immediately, without a reservation (on a Saturday evening). We had a very good meal. The service was quick and the portions were very generous. Our three small dogs were very welcome. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness.

A unique restaurant. The interior is in the local Alsatian style. The terrace is under a wooden awning. It's very pleasant to be outside but sheltered. It's also a paradise for children, as they can enjoy a slide, a ping-pong table, and a small soccer field with a goal. They can also see animals: two llamas, a donkey, a goat, etc. The menu is varied, and the service is quite fast. The staff is very friendly.
