My family and I ate there today on the terrace, and it was very comfortable inside thanks to the breeze and the shade of the trees. The food was good, served quickly, and the staff was very friendly. I think it's a good option for the price.

I had the great pleasure of tasting the remarkable homemade cassoulet. The ingredients are high quality, but it's the broth that binds the dish together and makes it truly special, rich in the flavors of vegetables and herbs. Kudos to the chef! And on top of that, the portion is VERY generous; you'll have a hard time finishing this delicious dish... I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Carcassonne.

A great little restaurant in the city of Carcassonne. The waitress was incredibly friendly. The dishes were typical of the region and homemade, right down to the fries!
