Very good experience, very good food (especially the duck with honey!). The people are super pleasant and welcoming, we spoke with them and they gave us advice for our visits. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and it is cooked directly here. Despite a minor hiccup because the waiter spilled our drink, we discovered a very good restaurant. The experience was very appreciable.

I have an absolutely amazing experience dining in La Taula. The food was so good that we dined twice here. Reasonably price and everyone is so friendly, the waiter, the chef and Julee who tend to our table. She's a star.

Very nice restaurant located downtown at the side of Perigueux Cathedral (you can eat outside in warm weather). It offers traditional dishes of the region, executed very well at a more than reasonable price. Recommended

The food was delicious and well presented. But the evening was made by our waiter, who spoke with our eldest in Spanish (he is learning at school) and helped us in English with their superb menu and suggested accompanying wine. The old masonry and the impressive cathedral outside gave the finishing touches to a wonderful night.

11/05/2024: Absolutely fabulous little restaurant in a lovely peaceful square in the midday of Perigeaux.We was warmly welcomed by i assume the owner who fortunately spoke English as our French is limited and shown the lunchtime menu which although some would say was limited it covered all your requirements.We both had the crab to start with my wife having perfectly cooked (medium rare) steak for her main and me the sweet breads cooked in a mushroom sauce with the obligatory cheese to finnish everything was excellent,washed down with a lovely rose wine all for €100 outstanding value,food,service and setting DO NOT miss this restaurant if your ever in the area. Many thanks for a wonderful lunch Gary & Liz
