La Taverne du Port sur Marseillan

During our visit to Marseillan, we stopped at La Taverne du Port and we don't regret it at all 😋 We had a starter where the duck breast was melt-in-your-mouth tender and very flavorful, followed by a perfectly cooked skate wing with a very soothing sauce. The chef came to us to offer advice, and the waitress was very attentive. This establishment is more than adequate. Thank you, and good value for money.

Excellent place. We received a very warm welcome and helpful advice. The starter was generous and delicious, the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the side dish was carefully prepared and flavorful, and the cuttlefish was cooked to perfection. The ingredients are of very high quality, and the service was quick and friendly. We will definitely return and highly recommend the cuisine of this wonderful new team. Then, the cuttlefish with parsley sauce was a revelation! Tender, fragrant with garlic and parsley, and beautifully presented, it was truly enticing. The cuisine here is generous, flavorful, and expertly prepared – you can taste the skill and passion for the ingredients. 👩‍🍳 Impeccable service The real highlight of this restaurant? Its team, and especially our waitress, who was lovely, attentive, and professional from start to finish. She offered us passionate advice and made us feel right at home. Such exceptional service deserves to be highlighted! 💶 Excellent value for money For cuisine of this quality and such an experience, the prices are very reasonable. You get your money's worth, and then some! 🔥 Verdict: Absolutely not to be missed! If you're ever in Marseillan, La Taverne du Lac is a place to put at the top of your list. Whether for a gourmet meal, an evening with friends, or a culinary getaway, you won't be disappointed. 10/10 without hesitation – and I definitely plan to go back very soon!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The welcome was perfect from the moment we arrived, thanks in particular to the waitress, who was remarkably kind and professional throughout the meal. Always smiling, attentive, and offering helpful advice, she truly contributed to making the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you also to the two chefs, whose talent shines through in every dish. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, prepared with care and creativity. You can feel a real passion behind the cooking, with perfectly balanced flavors. We highly recommend this restaurant!

During our bike tour around the pond, we received a warm welcome at this restaurant on the harbor, even though we arrived after 2:30 pm. The staff were attentive to food allergies, the food was delicious, and the presentation was lovely! The small glass of dill cream was a delight!

An unusual place with a cozy, wood-paneled ambiance reminiscent of river navigation... the cuisine features delightful spice notes and flavorful sauces... I highly recommend it

We had a wonderful meal! The new team is very friendly and attentive. The cuttlefish with parsley and garlic is always excellent, and the Aubrac beef with its thyme sauce... a delight. Needless to say, we'll be back!

A bit pricey for what you get on your plate! However, the staff were friendly.
