A tavern where everything is delicious. The food is truly homemade, the decor, the atmosphere, and the staff are so friendly. A must-visit. I'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful meal. The menu is simple yet varied, offering something for everyone among the local specialties you'd expect in this type of establishment. The decor immediately sets the mood. The wine list maintains reasonable prices and allows you to order a bottle rather than just a glass. The service was impeccable (though they should be careful to open the bottle in front of the customer, even if there was no doubt we were served a Burgundy Pinot Noir). All the dishes were delicious and made us want to return to try the others. In short, an excellent experience, thank you!

I came with my mom for her birthday. The two ladies were wonderful and attentive. The setting is beautiful, and the atmosphere superb. As for the food, I highly recommend going without hesitation; it was excellent! Thank you so much for everything!

Passing through Cassel, we popped into the estaminet and what a wonderful discovery! A warm and welcoming reception, impeccable service. 25/04/2026: Excellent from start to finish in every way... 🤩 Excellent value for money... family atmosphere, fast and very attentive service. A delight... refreshing, not-too-sweet violet lemonade, delicious apple/pear juice, top-notch Flemish carbonnade with fries, a generous slice of speculoos tart with excellent vanilla ice cream and whipped cream... a real pleasure to have discovered this place, well done to the whole team. An adjoining shop selling local regional products offers delicious marshmallows and waffles from the Coucou farm that are to die for and very good value for money... we will be back soon.
24/04/2026: With its unique and welcoming decor, featuring a wealth of vintage finds, this traditional Flemish pub immerses you in a truly special atmosphere. The panoramic view of the Flemish countryside, visible from the large windows, is a real treat. Enjoy local specialties and beers in a fantastic setting! Located opposite the Cassel Mill, this is an address not to be missed! Reservations recommended!
