One of the best carbonnade dishes I've ever had! Exceptional welcome, kindness, smiles, relaxed yet efficient service. Homemade fries, slow-cooked carbonnade with great flavor, quality meat, homemade pie, and a small, simple wine list. A lovely terrace with greenery and wooden tables, a very natural and unpretentious atmosphere. The soul of Cassel. 🙂

We had a good time... As for the menu, it's missing a butcher's cut, steak or something like that... Otherwise, it's fresh, homemade food, a simple and effective menu. Reasonable prices.
