Absolutely delicious meal this evening. Ordered the cassoulet maison - it was phenomenal. Sat with our dogs outside and had a really lovely evening :-)

The staff are friendly and helpful, Food is good but I was surprised. That the bread quality wasn’t up to the standards. We are in France and bread is the most important thing, therefore to use industriel bread is not a good idea.

03/01/2026: I discovered this bakery/pastry shop quite by chance during my recent stay in Carcassonne, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Freshness, quality, price, service—everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.

11/07/2026: Between two trains, at 3 pm they still accepted us with a limited-use card, but we thanked them for it. The Caesar salad was truly delicious.
