Very attentive service. We went without a reservation and everything was OK. The food is OK, but it doesn't stand out. Which highlights that the sweet potato fries are ugly, rubbery and cold.

The best service in Carcassonne, I had the Carbonara and the Petit Gatteu, the house wines that are from the region are great. Brasileiros is a mandatory stop and the friendly service from Bruno and Jaqueline. Tip: Order the house wine (rouge) it is sensational

Very good food, fantastic cheese selection. Very generous portions. Unbeatable environment. We ordered the mixed board, the baked cheese and the pasta bolognese. The board is very complete, the cheese is very good and accompanied by potatoes, sausage and salad and the pasta with an incredible bolognese. We came out to about €60 including drinks. Great quality-price.
