30/03/2026: What can I say? Congratulations to the great chef Georges Blanc!
This is our third visit, and we are still amazed by the beautiful cuisine that delights us.
I'm not at all happy that they took away a star!!! 😏
I'd really like to know what they could have possibly criticized, because everything is perfect. The setting, the staff, the room, and of course, the delicious meal, both at the inn and the Michelin-starred restaurant… 👏👏👏
We are used to fine dining, and last year we dined at Georges Blanc, Sophie Pic, and Le Couvent des Minimes, and I almost hesitate to say it, but my favorite was Georges Blanc.
30/03/2026: This is our third visit to this magnificent establishment by Georges Blanc.
The welcome and the quality of the hotel are impeccable: a true Relais & Châteaux, worthy of the name, in perfect condition with meticulous attention to detail.
As for the cuisine, it is always a marvel. With its constant pursuit of flavors and its unique culinary refinement, it has stood the test of time, always honoring our traditions while remaining innovative and modern. It is incomprehensible that it lost its third star, as it is always a delight and a surprise for our taste buds.
