A very good restaurant in Carcassonne. Excellent selection of dishes, including typical French specialties like cassoulet ❤️
Reservations are recommended.
Even if you don't need to use the restroom, it's worth a visit 😉
If we ever come back to Carcassonne, we'll definitely eat there again.
There are also suitable options for vegetarians (and a limited selection for vegans).
A definite 5/5 from me!

Rainy night so service was indoors. Comfortable atmosphere, warm welcome and service was friendly. Shared the Gougére for starters, fabulous! Highly recommend a visit.

Perfect welcome. The menu, which changes over time, is excellent.
We had a gizzard salad and, as a main course, veal blanquette, which was divine. For dessert, a rum baba with exotic fruits and Chantilly cream. Normally, I don't like it, but this was amazing—it was heavenly!
Bravo to the chef, please don't change a thing. If you're passing through Carcassonne, I highly recommend it. Plus, there's a great terrace and the interior is very pleasant.
I'll be back. Second visit to Brasserie des 4 Temps. This time, we ate on the terrace. Very pleasant. The menu is still excellent. Very fresh and expertly prepared ingredients. You can go there without hesitation; it's superb.

It took them over an hour to serve our food. The food wasn't bad, although a bit pricey for what you get. The bathroom was very dirty.

Cozy restaurant. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to understand us. We're Spanish, and they understood us perfectly.
The food was excellent. I ordered the lamb, and my partner had the cuttlefish with noodles. Both were great choices. We highly recommend it! 👌👌

A great choice! We heard wonderful things about the restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. The duck was excellent, the cassoulet incredible, and the mousse spectacular. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the service was fantastic. They speak Spanish.
