During our houseboat trip on the Canal du Midi, we discovered this excellent restaurant in Carcassonne.
We were on our way to the historic old town and made a reservation for the evening.
That was a good thing, because while we were sitting down, the tables around us filled up very quickly.
We ordered different dishes, all of which were a real treat.
The very attentive waiter was always nearby to take any drink orders.
We were familiar with the regional wines, which suited our tastes, from previous trips, so we quickly found the perfect one.
The restaurant is very well-maintained and clean.
The price-performance ratio is perfectly reasonable.
We highly recommend this restaurant. 5 stars!!

A very pleasant brasserie, and you can tell a chef has made the dishes special. Very reasonably priced, even the wines.

Very much for the mass market. Higher prices. More casual service and food more mediocre, but very French Brasserie. For that alone it’s worth a visit.

Hello to the team at Brasserie 4 Temps.
As a regular customer, I feel compelled to share this feedback.
The food, service, and atmosphere are all excellent.
However, I am very disappointed with the new QR code system for a brasserie of this caliber.
I personally find this method very difficult to accept, even though I understand the reason for the change.
I felt I had to let you know.

A disappointing lunch on Saturday, September 26th, with the set menu. It was good, but so lacking in originality; I've been used to much better at this place, where I also brought a friend. The waiter was rather unfriendly as well. A very good point for the welcome. The summer wine from Les 4 Temps was excellent.
