Excellent bistro where you can enjoy beautifully prepared dishes and fine cuts of aged meat. The duck confit is a delight. The profiterole with craquelin topping, meant for sharing, is excellent!

We received a warm welcome and the cassoulet was delicious. The only downside was that the head chef yelled at one of his employees; whatever the reason, he had no right to do so in front of customers. It's unacceptable and very unpleasant.

24/07/2026: Nice atmosphere and lovely decor. You can eat inside or on the terrace. The food is very good and the staff very friendly. There was a bit of a wait, but that's normal in high season. There are options for vegetarians (vegetarian cassoulet). There's also an affordable "actor's menu." I ate there with a friend. She had the cassoulet. She liked it. I recommend it.
18/07/2026: A small restaurant on a charming street in Carcassonne, run by two very friendly young people, with impeccable service and a warm welcome. The set menu is very affordable (€16.50 for a main course and dessert), and the food is simple. The fish and chips were very good, with aioli sauce and homemade fries. The butcher's cut was only average in terms of cooking, which is a shame... Otherwise, no complaints, thank you to the servers!
