A restaurant with a pleasant, quiet terrace where you can enjoy good meat. The osso buco was delicious, very tender, and accompanied by fresh seasonings that gave it a lot of flavor. The beef was also very tender and well-prepared. It's an expensive place, but the quality of the food is good and it's worth it.

One of the few restaurants open after 9 pm. Service wasn't impeccable; we asked for water four times, twice after the first course arrived. The filet was very good and tender. Excellent value.

Ate and drank here a couple of times as it was our local while staying in Carcassonne.
Very professional establishment and staff, while at the same time friendly. Always busy. Also had a good vibe.
Couldnt really fault it to be honest.

A wonderful discovery in Carcassonne.
We were a little hesitant after reading some reviews, but our experience was quite different: a very good meal, refined, flavorful, and perfectly executed cuisine, in a pleasant setting.
We were looking for a dish that showcased the ingredients without being too heavy, and this was exactly what we wanted.
A truly excellent brasserie, with that little extra touch of finesse that makes all the difference.
We will gladly return.
Especially since we missed out on the profiteroles…

We hadn't made a reservation, so they made us wait 50 minutes, which is understandable (even though there were clearly tables available). We had asked to be seated on the terrace, but we were placed in an indoor room (which was very nice, by the way) next to the cutlery buffet, even though, again, there were other tables available... Apart from that, the service was friendly. The food was generally good and generous, but the rare duck breast was blue. Overall, a little disappointed.

Honestly, I'm sorry, but... meh... The service was very average. They lacked the basics: waving their arms around the room, saying "please," the way they walked and spoke, etc. The food was okay, good ingredients, but it lacked that little something extra. And the "gourmet coffee" was just a joke.
I don't like to speak ill of others, but I think the chef should send mystery shoppers before dismissing my review.

The entrecote was cooked to perfection, but for my taste it lacked a good crust. Perhaps the grill was too cold. Also, it wasn't served with proper steak seasoning...

We were very well advised by 514 Apparthotel; the food was excellent and the atmosphere very pleasant, off the beaten tourist track (a great place to avoid if you want a truly wonderful experience). Booking is recommended.
