What a wonderful evening at Le Pas Sage! What can I say except thank you for everything... the welcome, the service, a kindness rarely seen these days. For the meal, we shared wonderful tapas made with succulent fresh ingredients—in short, a real treat! I highly recommend it! Stay just as you are!

Everything was perfect! The waiter gave us a very warm welcome, with a relaxed yet pleasant demeanor. We ordered the evening menu (starter + main course + dessert) and it was as beautiful as it was delicious! All accompanied by a glass of wine and a cocktail. From the chef to the servers, everyone is clearly skilled and it shows. We highly recommend it!

Restaurant in the old town of Carcassonne. The waiter was very friendly and made an effort to understand us, speaking a mix of French and English. The owner was very kind and attentive. We tried the cassulet and it was spectacular; the grilled duck breast was delicious. This is our second time here and we'll definitely be back.
