A lovely place in a beautiful, charming street decorated with colorful garlands. The blonde beer was excellent, and the food was very good too.
The only downside is that the portions are not particularly generous and the prices are a little high, although in line with other nearby places. That said, we had a very pleasant evening right at the foot of the medieval city.

On holiday in Carcassonne, we stopped for lunch with family and friends... a super friendly welcome... and a lovely place too. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious! Fresh ingredients and homemade cooking... I personally enjoyed the chicken burger: a real treat! I highly recommend this establishment... well done to the team!

The price is outrageously high considering what you get on your plate. It's a shame, because the service is impeccable and the food is decent.

What a surprise! Everything was excellent. The waiter was particularly kind and attentive, but not intrusive.
If I return to Carcassonne, I will definitely come back.

What a wonderful evening at Le Pas Sage! What can I say except thank you for everything... the welcome, the service, a kindness rarely seen these days. For the meal, we shared wonderful tapas made with succulent fresh ingredients—in short, a real treat! I highly recommend it! Stay just as you are!
