What a surprise! Everything was excellent. The waiter was particularly kind and attentive, but not intrusive. If I return to Carcassonne, I will definitely come back.

What a wonderful evening at Le Pas Sage! What can I say except thank you for everything... the welcome, the service, a kindness rarely seen these days. For the meal, we shared wonderful tapas made with succulent fresh ingredients—in short, a real treat! I highly recommend it! Stay just as you are!

Everything was perfect! The waiter gave us a very warm welcome, with a relaxed yet pleasant demeanor. We ordered the evening menu (starter + main course + dessert) and it was as beautiful as it was delicious! All accompanied by a glass of wine and a cocktail. From the chef to the servers, everyone is clearly skilled and it shows. We highly recommend it!

16/06/2026: If you’re in Carcassonne and vegan I would definitely recommend the vegan options here. They do serve other stuff too but the vegan gazpacho, cassoulet and crumble were delicious. Friendly staff, good music, can sit inside or out. Note evening meals don’t start till 7pm
14/06/2026: I highly recommend it, excellent welcome and service, very good food, very good value for money.

La Terrasse des Jacobins

13/06/2026: Tested as part of the "Everyone to the Restaurant" promotion. A set menu, but with a choice of dishes for each course. The waitress did her best to accommodate everyone. There was a slight delay in service for the person who didn't have the same menu as the others, and the wines had time to warm up while their food was being served. That said, the dishes were very good, well-prepared with quality ingredients.
08/06/2026: Nice restaurant with a large outdoor terrace. Good classic food and great staff. The location is very good, but very noisy (on Boulevard Barbès).
