Everything was perfect! The waiter gave us a very warm welcome, with a relaxed yet pleasant demeanor. We ordered the evening menu (starter + main course + dessert) and it was as beautiful as it was delicious! All accompanied by a glass of wine and a cocktail. From the chef to the servers, everyone is clearly skilled and it shows. We highly recommend it!

Restaurant in the old town of Carcassonne. The waiter was very friendly and made an effort to understand us, speaking a mix of French and English. The owner was very kind and attentive. We tried the cassulet and it was spectacular; the grilled duck breast was delicious. This is our second time here and we'll definitely be back.

08/04/2026: Excellent restaurant in the city centre of Carcassonne.
06/04/2026: great local spot with kind staff and very good food. We had duck confit, cassoulet, steak, fish soup, and desserts — all really good. Staff speak English and Spanish. Nice location on the promenade under the plane trees.
