A lovely and beautiful spot overlooking the vineyards of Saint-Émilion. Refined and modern cuisine with excellent value for money. I highly recommend a culinary and wine-tasting break here.

Exceptional setting. Slightly disappointed with the quality of the food. Attentive staff. One small drawback, however: a little extra attention would have been appreciated for a birthday meal, which was mentioned when making the reservation.

L'Envers du Decor

15/12/2025: Dinner in August 2025. Dishes and children's meals were actually cooked. Quality and taste were excellent. The owner was very friendly.
23/11/2025: Well located in the heart of Saint-Émilion. The chic bistro decor is quite successful. The welcome and service could be a touch warmer, but it's efficient (little waiting). The food is good and well-prepared, even if nothing exceptional. So why only 3 stars? Because we found the price excessive: expect to pay €70-80 per person (excluding drinks, although the wines are reasonably priced). At this price point, you expect quite a few extra touches.
