Tables a little tight and therefore privacy

Hello, we really enjoyed “La Table de Romane”, at Maison Burgarella during our family visit. The dishes were tasty, plentiful and of high quality. And the service, given the number of seats, the preparation etc. rather quick, and smiling. The setting is friendly, a cozy modern and bistronomic atmosphere, without going overboard. As for the dishes, I personally had a tartare which was of excellent quality, without needing much seasoning (at the gates of Aubrac in an essentially agricultural department, that would have surprised me, I must say, but it is underlined)! My relatives, for their part, had lamb rice, which was also very good, it might have deserved a bit of extra seasoning, because the lamb was a little strong, but that is subjective and in no way denotes its quality. And for desserts, a real surprise, the mille-feuille was really copious and tasty, and the chocolate fondant delicious!! Given the surprising quality of the "bistro", the next time I visit Espalion I will try "la Tour". In summary, a bistronomic restaurant that is worth the detour!

A very good evening with quality dishes. It was a little young man who served us and who was able to give good advice. Very pleasant and very professional, he knows his job. We will come back for the atmosphere and the quality of the dishes and the service.

At the Table de Romane, we had an absolutely delicious meal, perfect aligot, strawberry dessert with excellent basil ice cream; live dialogue with a chef from the terrace, it was a great atmosphere

Repas du dimanche à la table de Romane. Belle expérience, repas succulent avec produits de qualité. Personnel à l'écoute et très réactif. Je recommande sans hésitation.

I was lured into Maison Burgarella because of the prix-fixe lunch menu listed on the sandwich board outside the restaurant. I was seated at a lovely outdoor table with a nie tablecloth and good cutlery. My carafe of water and glass of wine came very quickly and I enjoyed a delicious squash soup with Asian influences. I don't remember the main, which took a while to get to me, but the dessert was also very good and also not too sweet. It was an excellent "rapport qualité/prix", and I'd very happily return.

Accueil très froid si on ne fait pas partie des habitués. Menu à 15 euros correct mais impossible de l'accompagner avec un vin au prix abordable.
