Discovered during a romantic evening. The cuisine is of high quality. The ingredients we consumed were fresh and prepared on-site. The culinary approach is interesting. The scallops with saffron sauce were perfect. The salmon with watercress was very good. The beef fillet had an unmistakable Aubrac flavor, and the broad beans were a perfect match, but the smoked bacon, hidden beneath the surface, detracted from the aromas of the truffle jus… a shame 🫤 The dessert was also delicious. I regret not having been alerted to this intruder… This restaurant is a fine Aveyron establishment.

Excellent restaurant. We came to enjoy the quality of the Aubrac beef, and it was indeed exceptional, accompanied by a delicious aligot 😋🥩👍🏻🥰

The owners are very friendly, the place is welcoming, and the food is of very high quality for the price! Go without hesitation! Special mention for the mille-feuille for dessert!

08/12/2025: Lunch break A no-nonsense, unpretentious establishment Very friendly welcome and service Very reasonable prices, beautiful and delicious dishes The fricandeau and calf's head were very good Just one comment about the state of the toilets... a fresh coat of paint and everything will be perfect!!!
29/11/2025: We had lunch at this brasserie, a very nice discovery, I highly recommend it. The tartare was very fresh and generous, and the kir was perfectly chilled and sparkling. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
