La Truffiere sur Milly-La-Foret

July 13, 2026, a 25-minute wait to be served for aperitifs, and the main courses arrived 10 minutes later. We had to ask for our own glasses for the wine, and bread and mustard weren't placed on the table. The wait was far too long, and a couple who arrived before us were served 20 minutes after we were served. However, three police officers who arrived after everyone else were seated and served before us. This is surprising; I've never seen anything like it. We had already been there for New Year's Eve three years ago. It's a lovely establishment with friendly staff, except for the person at the entrance who wasn't very welcoming and was the exception that evening. The food is good, there's a terrace outside, and I recommend it!

Honestly, the best restaurant in the area! The waitress was fantastic, always smiling, which was a real pleasure, and the food was superb, with very generous portions. I'll definitely be back!

A friendly and very pleasant restaurant, exceptional service these days, family atmosphere. A few minor drawbacks, but we're not going to complain; the value for money is excellent.

We had a beautiful dinner on the terrace/garden! The outside was calm and a beautiful place to have dinner! There is also a bar outside and a space for drinks. Interior is also very nice and you can see the pizza oven right when you walk in! Service was so friendly and it’s very kid friendly too! We will definitely be back and there are so many things on the menu that I look forward to trying! Pizzas were delicious!!

The dishes weren't very hot and the portions weren't very generous (lasagna, gnocchi). The name of the dish was more appealing than the taste. The Milanese veal cutlet was dry because it was unfortunately overcooked. The grilled dishes were good. The pizzas were also quite good. The homemade desserts (some of them) were good, like the tiramisu. Our experience outside in the summer was great, good atmosphere, nice setting, but inside in the autumn and winter wasn't always so great because we had the misfortune of being seated at a large table of at least 12 people and several children, including a very young baby who cried so much that the mother had to take him to the (large) restrooms. Being with friends at the table right in front of us, it was difficult to hear each other. Another time, Limoncello was offered to the people next to us, but despite ordering an aperitif, starter, main course, and dessert, nothing else was offered. However, the people next to us weren't regulars either (it was our third visit). So we didn't feel treated the same. Since then, we haven't gone back, as the experiences aren't consistent and also depend on the server you're served.

Still as good as ever. The pizzas are excellent, and the pasta too. The waitresses and waitresses are really kind and professional. Thank you.

Friendly staff and excellent pizzas

I've eaten at La Piazzetta three times now and I've never been disappointed. The service is quite fast, and the outdoor terrace is a real plus, adding a little something extra when the weather's nice. The servers are fantastic too! 👍
