Excellent homemade cuisine, featuring fresh, seasonal produce on the menu. The trout was absolutely delicious and plentiful. Very good service and a friendly welcome! I highly recommend it.

Today's menu. Starter/Main/Dessert €18 All homemade First time I've had homemade tielle. Absolutely perfect. The clam liguini was excellent. The lady is very kind and pleasant.

Highly recommended for the food and service; the trout is truly a highlight here. The welcome and courtesy are top marks. We eat here every time we want to eat in Embrun. Restaurant-style cuisine disguised as a bistro. Parking is available and it's easy to get to from the city center. Reservations are recommended.

We came for dinner on a Tuesday evening, and everything was excellent, just like it was 6 years ago when we were there last time. Pleasant service and a warm atmosphere; I highly recommend it! We'll be back with our second child, who's on the way 😉

Excellent food! Friendly atmosphere. I came back specifically for the trout and I wasn't disappointed at all, it was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant.

16/07/2026: Very nice setting next to the square and excellent staff/service. We received a very warm welcome and the chef was able to adapt the dish for my daughter who has a food intolerance. The meal was delicious. A very good experience!
15/07/2026: Passing through Embrun for one night. No hesitation about this place. €23 for the ravioli... 😒. Luckily they were good. 5/5

Hôtel Restaurant Château La Robéyère

20/05/2026: Quiet and well-located hotel. Generous breakfast. It's a shame the spring mattress wasn't comfortable.
18/05/2026: The building is incredible, the welcome is very warm, the view from the restaurant, the spa (which I highly recommend, especially for the Nordic bath and its mountain view), and the rooms (we had a deluxe room) is simply sublime, no noise, the breakfast is very good and the room is magnificent, we loved it!!
