Highly recommended for the food and service; the trout is truly a highlight here. The welcome and courtesy are top marks. We eat here every time we want to eat in Embrun. Restaurant-style cuisine disguised as a bistro. Parking is available and it's easy to get to from the city center. Reservations are recommended.

We came for dinner on a Tuesday evening, and everything was excellent, just like it was 6 years ago when we were there last time. Pleasant service and a warm atmosphere; I highly recommend it!
We'll be back with our second child, who's on the way 😉

Excellent food, well done to the chef! The tripe and trotters, a dish I wasn't familiar with, were superb. The trout was perfect.
The decor was a little too understated for our taste.
Otherwise, you deserve to be even better known.

A very warm welcome and a delicious meal. The trout fillet was excellent, cooked to perfection. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed his dish. Passing through the area, we were very happy with this restaurant 😋
