La Vague d'Or sur Saint-Tropez

Beautiful location, but we had a disappointing bouillabaisse. The pot was just a soup bowl with one prawn, three mussels, two fish fillets, a 3cm piece of tentacle, and a piece of fennel, plus a €10 parking fee. 🫤

A few years ago, we had a wonderful experience: a real bouillabaisse. This year we'd like to relive that, but bouillabaisse has changed a lot. It's not the same experience anymore. Sorry.

What a pleasure to return to bouillabaisse after 25 years! But for me, it will always be "Chez Jérôme," as we called it back then. I spent part of my youth there, and it had been a very long time since I'd been back. So many memories came flooding back as I rediscovered this place, still as pleasant and charming as ever. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is delightful, and it's truly a wonderful place that I highly recommend. Don't hesitate to go! There's only one thing missing to make the memory complete: Jérôme and his wife, Fabienne. ❤️

Endive and octopus in the bouillabaisse, and very little fish! Strange! In short, this bouillabaisse isn't a bouillabaisse at all!

My favorite restaurant in St. Tropez, the view is incredible, the staff is super friendly, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect with your feet in the sand and the sea just steps away.

Great location. Very friendly service and delicious food. It's completely incomprehensible that they charge €10 for parking. I don't think they need to, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I can only give it three stars because of the parking; everything else is great.

On the north coast of the peninsula, with a beautiful view of the Gulf, La Bouillabaisse is a beach club (on a private beach), offering sunbed rentals and a chic restaurant. The service was friendly, the menu extensive, but it was humid, so we just ordered a slightly reimagined Caesar salad. The zucchini blossom fritters were tasty but/or a bit greasy as a starter. The zucchini salad looked good.

A lovely restaurant, just like the ones in Cabri and Mykonos. Not quite as crowded and stressful, and the service is excellent. I'd gladly come back again. Tip: The sunset is fantastic.
