In an authentic setting with a warm and friendly welcome, you can taste simple but good quality traditional dishes. The only negative point is the desserts which are not up to standard.

This is a really nice restaurant, good quality local food served with a smile. This is an old fashioned restaurant and there are not many left in Strasbourg. Not expensive and highly recommended.

10/08/2024: Incredible as always. Typically Alsatian atmosphere, impeccable service. Special mention for the kidneys and Waedele
30/07/2024: An authentic, welcoming Winstub. The room takes us into a typically Alsatian atmosphere. Everything is perfect. There is something for everyone, the foie gras is very very good and the rest delicious. Near the cathedral and the golden triangle of Strasbourg, a dream location. I recommend !

27/09/2024: Clean service, calm atmosphere, Haksen, the most tender meat I’ve had in Europe
24/09/2024: When you have to smile instead of the boss. When the pan-fried foie gras is overcooked. Too bad because the smile of the waitress makes up for it. But hey… a very small, easily achievable improvement to make it a good house.
