It's a real pleasure to come back to La Vieille Auberge each time, we appreciate the cozy atmosphere, the tasty dishes, and of course the kindness of the staff. We will of course come back, always with as much pleasure.

Warm welcome and delicious dishes. Cozy atmosphere where you feel good. The white tablecloths add the expected effect of a pleasant moment.

We have now been to the Vieille Auberge 6 or 7 times over the last 4 or 5 months. Having arrived from abroad for several years, it was not easy to find the quality of cuisine as we knew it. Certainly, there are many good small restaurants serving local cuisine in the region, but local cuisine of an excellent or even gastronomic level is extremely rare. We really recommend the establishment, and then, the simplest thing, will be to try it in order to form your own opinion of our opinion.

We were pleasantly surprised by the refined and tasty cuisine. The dishes were generous. The service was perfect. The dishes were all very different but the quality was there. I recommend this gourmet restaurant without hesitation

01/01/2024: Coming in October, we really liked this place and its cuisine, its foie gras accompanied by an apricot coulis with gingerbread was excellent and well served, truly a delight! Then the warm goat's cheese salad was purely extraordinary, a huge salad very very well garnished with all the necessary ingredients, it was a taste explosion. The person with me had equally extraordinary spatzles, overall we had a great time and we will come back as soon as we are in Tarbes. The service was also very attentive and friendly. Thank you for this great time in your establishment.
