Surprised not to see this restaurant with 5 stars, because in our opinion, it more than deserves them! An exceptional restaurant, certainly one of the best we've ever been to. The interior is very pretty, with few tables, creating a calm and intimate atmosphere, free from noise. The service is impeccable. Special mention goes to the waiter, who presents the dishes with great care, in a calm and composed voice, and provides genuine explanations about what we are about to enjoy. As for the food… a true delight! The flavor combinations are sometimes surprising, even improbable on paper, but they work incredibly well. It's refined, sophisticated, and above all, delicious. A wonderful discovery, which we recommend without hesitation. We will be back with great pleasure!

Finally… a restaurant that makes you want to return for another excellent gastronomic experience. Refined, inventive, and flavorful cuisine. Nothing is left to chance, whether in the kitchen or the service… and all within a setting that perfectly blends old and new. Don't hesitate, it's an absolute must-try.

A romantic weekday lunch. We hadn't booked and were warmly welcomed. We enjoyed a non-alcoholic cocktail, an amuse-bouche (shrimp with a light aioli-style sauce, cucumber gazpacho, and citrus supreme), a vegetable cream soup (gazpacho or a vegetable soup with carrots, sweet potato, and verbena – both excellent), a poached egg with anise-flavored cauliflower cream, perfectly cooked hake with langoustine sauce, and a rum baba to finish off a meal worthy of a Michelin star! The service was discreet and efficient, very pleasant, and much appreciated. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Excellent food. I recommend it. One major drawback: the air conditioning. We had to keep our jackets on because it was so cold. A shame. The waitress's attire should be reviewed; she was very pleasant but too scantily clad for our taste.
