For a better presentation of the dishes, it would be helpful to teach the servers the pronunciation of the dishes in Alsatian!!! Especially since it's the restaurant's signature dish.

For sauerkraut, it's a bit disappointing. It's hearty and tasty, but the potatoes are tiny and the presentation is minimal. Even at home, we make something nicer.

The welcome was very warm and friendly, there was a good selection both à la carte and from the set menus, the house cocktail was delicious, and the dishes were well-prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend it.
