(2020) I've been going to this restaurant for 23 years now, and after my review in 2020, I can only encourage you to discover Chef Michel's cuisine, the top-notch service and atmosphere provided by Bruno and his team, who are always so attentive. I won't change my opinion from 2020 to 2026, because for me, it remains the best value-for-money restaurant in central Alsace. Homemade cuisine with local, high-quality, and seasonal products. Coming from Strasbourg, I'm a bit like the TripAdvisor of culinary experts everywhere I go! And I'm awarding you first place in my top 3!!! I was pleasantly surprised by this first choice! The Munster cheese is divine, thank you to the waiter for the extra sauce (yes... I'm not afraid of a few extra pounds 😁) and especially for his excellent service! All the dishes look generous, from what I saw 👀 bravo!

A fantastic restaurant we discovered after visiting the Monkey Mountain and the Eagle Park. We had a wonderful meal, the service was impeccable and welcoming. The food was incredibly delicious and plentiful.

Originally from Alsace but having moved to the Moselle department (57), I took advantage of a day trip to Obernai to visit the Monkey Mountain. Then... from the parking lot, I called La Vignette to reserve a table for two for lunch that same day. They confirmed immediately, and we were so glad we did! What a delightful discovery! I had the cordon bleu with Munster cheese, a true delight, and my partner had the vol-au-vent, which was so good you'll want more! We were served by a very pleasant and smiling woman. The entire team, including the chef, comes into the restaurant from time to time, and they are all incredibly polite and positive! A truly wonderful experience! Seriously, if you're reading this and you're ever in the Châtenois area... stop by! P.S.: The Pavlova and the crème brûlée were amazing... 🫠🫠♥️♥️
