We were at Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, and since the restaurant at the castle didn't accept card payments, we went to this restaurant based on a recommendation. My girlfriend immediately tried her first tarte flambée and was very impressed. The roast pork with crackling, as well as the desserts crème brûlée and fondant au chocolat, were also très bien. We didn't speak any French beyond what Google Translate could provide, and she didn't speak any German, but with a bit of gesturing and a little English, it was a very pleasant restaurant visit. We highly recommend it, even if it looks closed from the outside—just walk in.

Delicious food! The sauerkraut garnish and Black Agnus burger were excellent! Very child-friendly. One scoop of ice cream had fallen, and we were given a new one without even asking.

We were treated poorly by another restaurant so coming here was the complete opposite. Despite a small language barrier they provided amazing food and service. Not to mention the price was unbeatable
