Comforting traditional cuisine – it's a pleasure to find this right in the heart of Sélestat! The service was very pleasant and the terrace is quite nice, though the interior is a bit dated. The burger was very good, the onions on the tarte flambée were a little sweet, but overall we were very satisfied if you're looking for an authentic place!

The tarte flambée intended for my table was given to another table. We therefore had three out of four dishes and had to wait 15 minutes for the replacement. The waiter also forgot to bring us a carafe of water twice.

Great place, qualified and helpful staff, traditional dishes. I recommend the Hangus burger, even if it's not a typical dish. Truly excellent!!! Average price.

17/08/2026: We came as a family. The setting is nice. The welcome, however, was much less so. The waitress was very unpleasant, almost annoying. The owner wasn't any friendlier. Nevertheless, the meal was decent. The tarte flambée was very good. It's a shame the smiles weren't there.
11/08/2026: We had a very good time...the meal was wonderful, both the kidneys and the liver dumplings were excellent...I highly recommend this restaurant.

13/08/2026: This restaurant deserves a much higher rating than 4.3. The sauerkraut was incredibly flavorful, the meat exceptional. The pork chop was fantastic, and the fat was amazing. The waitress was super friendly. Their Gewürztraminer is incredible. In short, go there!
27/07/2026: The products are fresh, the meats are delicious, but a little expensive.
