Open for three days. We had an excellent lunch on Sunday. The menu is extensive enough to offer plenty of choice. The dishes are high-quality, original, and delicious. The service is friendly and professional. Go without hesitation.

We had the pleasure of discovering this new Café de la Plage, the former location of La Voile d'Or. A very enjoyable experience, beautifully decorated yet simple, vintage, and chic. The cuisine features fresh, seasonal ingredients, making it perfect—a rare find among establishments on the Presqu'île. Homemade pastries are also available. In short, we'll be back for our morning coffee, a light lunch, an aperitif with a dozen oysters, or dinner at sunset. We wish Café de la Plage and its super friendly team every success.

A truly beautiful spot in Le Pouliguen, Café de la Plage has everything it takes to become a must-visit destination. The welcome is top-notch and the setting is ideal, overlooking the port. We eagerly await the official opening!

PREVIOUS REVIEW
This place was formerly the restaurant "La Voile d'Or," which is now closed.
With the following review: Very good food in my opinion, depending on your choices (set menu or regular menus). I go there regularly, and not just in the summer. I find the service isn't always very friendly. It's a shame because the setting is quite nice. As a result, I go there less often.

We occasionally visit this restaurant in Le Pouliguen, as we've had a second home here for 37 years. The food is always excellent, but we were somewhat disappointed by the lobster we were served (€120 per portion). At that price, perfection should follow.
